For Parents As a parent you can help your child by supporting his or her decision to attend Edge. We encourage you to take an active interest in your child's educational program and progress. Your interest and encouragement can be a big help in your child's success. You are invited to visit the school and talk with the teachers and case manager about any school problems or questions you might have. We notify parents when a student fails to meet Edge policies. Parents must register minor students and co-sign the Edge Learning Contract and Attendance Policies. Parental permission is also required for minor students to leave the campus, take field trips or withdraw from the program. Follow up counseling services are offered for one year after a student leaves Edge. What your student can expect at Edge:
