When you enroll at Edge High School, you join a learning community that will help you succeed. Our self-paced learning accommodates your schedule, no matter how many outside responsibilities you are juggling. We are a shame-free zone where you are free to reach out and talk about what’s on your mind through daily check-ins. Looking for some extra support? Our supportive teachers and staff are ready with whatever resources you need to get to your goals. And when you achieve them, we are ready to celebrate: you!
Edge Honor Roll
Every quarter, Edge High School honors our Himmel Park students with a special Honor Roll. There are about as many ways to measure success as there are students at Edge, but we select four categories to celebrate:

Academics
In November, 24 students qualified for the Edge Academic Honor Roll. To qualify, students must earn 1.0 core academic credit in each quarter (science, math, ELA, history).

Attendance
36 students qualified for the Edge Attendance Honor Roll. These students all had fewer than 5 absences.

Growth Through IXL
27 students were awarded this special Honor Roll for fall quarter. These students achieved a WINS growth of 100 or more in their grade level skill or completed 20 skills in the quarter.

Citizenship
We gave out 11 awards to Edge students who went above and beyond to live the Edge values of Trust, Service, Responsibility, Respect, Joy, and Choice.
Prizes!
Each quarter we gather to celebrate our Honor Roll recipients in a special ceremony in the Himmel Park courtyard. And there are prizes! We give out $800 worth of gift cards to Starbucks, Dutch Bros, In-N-Out Burger, Cane’s, Eeegee’s, Chipotle, and more. Students can choose their gift card and then take a friend or family member out for a meal to celebrate their success. It’s a fun day and a great way to acknowledge the hard work and dedication that Edge students are owning.
