Mission

The PCAE-Edge Program’s mission is to provide an alternative to traditional education for youth who have dropped out of the public school system or are at risk of doing so, and are seeking educational services along with counseling support in order to complete their secondary education.

Pima County Adult Education (PCAE) applies for charter school status for EDGE – Approved

PCAE receives approval for non-profit corporation status for EDGE. EDGE becomes an independent organization with a governing board.

Edge goes green! Thanks to a generous grant from Nonprofit Solar Project, Edge owns and operates 116 solar panels which provides 100% of the electrical needs at our Himmel Park campus.
