I grew up in multiple cities because my father was in the Air Force. Some of these were; Colorado Springs, Colorado, and St. Louis, Mo. He retired here, in Tucson, Arizona.
I love working here at Edge for multiple reasons; foremost among them would be the diversity of its student body. Students at Edge come from a multitude of different socioeconomic, ethnic and educational backgrounds. I love the challenge of finding a common ground from which we can build a rapport and educational success together.
The second reason would be the hard work of every staff member and teacher. Their work every day shows they are invested in the success of each and every student.
I enjoy walking Tummamoc Hill, a University of Arizona research treasure. In addition, I enjoy spending time cooking different foods and traveling to California beaches with my two kids, who are also Edge graduates.
