Questions, complaints, or requests for additional information regarding these laws may be forwarded to the designated compliance coordinator and/or to the Assistant Secretary for the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education.

The District will take steps to prevent recurrence of any harassment and to correct any discriminatory effects on the complainant and others, if appropriate.
