No matter what your experience has been in other schools. No matter what barriers you may think you have towards graduating. Our teachers, our staff, our students all want you here. Edge is a warm and welcoming learning community that exists to support your goals and celebrate your successes.

Want some examples? We can connect you with local businesses to help you build your life skills and explore career paths. And we have community connections and resources to help you apply for college or consider your options in the military. Bring it!
3. We Can Help With Credit Recovery
We know you have a lot to juggle–school is just one of the things you are trying to balance and complete. We offer flexibility in the what, how and when of your education, meaning you can pick a path that suits your needs and your schedule.
If you are looking to recover credit, our self-paced model offers the flexibility and support you need. At Edge, you take only 3 classes at a time, allowing you to accomplish more than in a traditional school year!
4. We’re Fun!
That’s right – at Edge we bring the FUN. You’ll get away from your computer and outside the classroom to learn about science, create art, visit local businesses, watch a theater performance and visit museums. You’ll spend time helping others in our annual Day of Service. It’s a fave day every year.
Our clubs and extracurriculars are solid ways to cement new friendships and see your favorite people every week. We host a weekly Snack Bar and other themed events – you’re going to have to join us to find out just what we’re up to!
5. We’ve Seen It All
You are welcome at Edge, regardless of the obstacles that you may be facing outside of school. From tough family and relationship dynamics to job challenges to mental health struggles – we’ve seen it all and are here for it right beside you. We will help you process and cope with challenges, and can connect you with outside resources if you need them. Edge is a shame-free zone where you are always free to share your worries with our staff.

There are so many ways to engage at Edge, it will knock your socks off. Each year we expand our offerings to include new art classes, Design Days, off-campus activities, and we even head to the University of Arizona’s Sky School.

7. Individualized Learning that Fits You
Our individualized approach to learning reflects you – the learning style and needs that are yours and yours alone. Our small classes and caring teachers get to know you and help you identify your strengths, goals and needs.
You may need to tolerate us as we chat about the power of having a growth mindset and the super cool science behind it. But trust us when we say, even if you struggle with certain skills right now, your abilities aren’t set in stone.
